This plan was created from an MR dataset as that is all that was available.  Dose was calculated by the Cone Planning tool in Eclipse with 4mm cones.  This plan used 15 half arcs (-4 degrees on either side of each arc to prevent excess anterior/posterior dose, total 172 degrees) each with the couch rotated an additional 15 degrees.  Additionally, two 60 degree (0 degree couch) RPO and LAO partial arcs were added to slighty rotate the dose cloud (preventing "streaking" posteriorly onto the brainstem).   Besides brainstem sparing, the goal of this plan was to keep the 10% and 50% isodose levels as compact as possible.
