Two arc (2) VMAT technique was chosen and 2 almost complete noncoplanar arcs were used with the couch rotated 13 degrees eityher direction from zero.  Unique collimator rotations per field were selected (315/45).  By far, the most challenging aspect of this plan was achieving the mean dose to uninvolved liver constraint.  By placing large constraints on healthy liver in the optimizer that constraint was able to be met.  Do to the non coplanar arrangement lateral dose spill was minimized.  The photon optimizer used the extended convergence calculation option and the MU objective was enabled (strength 70) with minimum MU 1000 maxiumum MU 3000.  All constraints were met as requested by the protocol with no variations cited.
