This plan was created from an MR dataset as that is all that was available. Dose was calculated by overriding the density of the dataset to that of water. One full VMAT arc was used and 5 half arcs were added, each with the couch rotated an additional 30 degrees. The goal of this plan was to keep the 20% and 60% isodose levels as compact as possible. The plan was optimized with a single lower dose objective on the target, the manual NTO and single ring//shell structure penalizing dose beyond 20% (3.2Gy). The extended convergence calculation option was enabled for the Photon Optimizer, available in Eclipse 15.5+.
