Technical Plan Comments

This plan was created using the "auto feathering" Photon Optimizer calculation option in Eclipse 15.5+.  This feature automatically creates robust junctions between isocenters by enforcing overlapping linear slope low dose gradients between beams of neighboring isocenters.  Five (5) isocenters were employed 14cm apart in the Z direction with two full arcs at each isocenter.  All arcs were optimized simultaniously also empolying the "do not enter through" optimization feature on the arm expansion contour (also availible in Eclipse 15.5+).  Finally, for this plan to be treated, each isocenter has to be placed into it's own plan with imaging fields added.  Then, each plan would be delivered seperatley at the treatment machine.
